As a Product Designer at DATAPIX, I contributed to the design and development of a matching solution for IFRIA OUEST. This tool connects apprentices seeking a company with employers looking for talent. The system is based on an algorithm that evaluates both parties' criteria to generate a matching score, facilitating effective connections.
During design workshops, we identified additional upstream needs, particularly the automation of application and job posting management. By integrating AI, the platform automatically imports applications and job offers received by the school directly into the database, eliminating the need for manual input.
This project was co-developed with a member of the IFRIA OUEST team, who was trained in using Glide to manage the application’s maintenance independently.
